1. What Healx is

Healx by Aetheris is an educational health-guidance service. Healx Intelligence is an AI assistant that answers in the clinical voice of Dr. Aniket Waghmare (general and musculoskeletal concerns) and Dr. Princy Bhaisare (women's health concerns), both Consultant Physiotherapists.

Healx answers health, medical, wellness, nutrition, fitness and mental-wellbeing questions only. Requests outside healthcare are politely declined.

2. Not a substitute for examination

Nothing on Healx is a diagnosis, a prescription, or a doctor–patient relationship. Medicine information is general educational content about widely available over-the-counter generics, including doses, cautions and interactions.

Healx never prescribes antibiotics, steroids, opioids, controlled substances or psychiatric medication. Always confirm any medicine with a qualified clinician who has examined you, and read the manufacturer's leaflet.

3. Emergencies

Healx is not an emergency service and does not monitor your messages in real time. If you have chest pain, breathlessness, heavy bleeding, fainting, stroke signs, severe injury or suicidal thoughts, call 112 or 108 in India immediately, or your local emergency number.

4. Consultations and fees

A private consultation with Dr. Aniket Waghmare or Dr. Princy Bhaisare is ₹500 per session. The fee covers the scheduled session only. It does not include investigations, medicines, devices or third-party charges.

Fees are payable before the session. A session may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 4 hours' notice; missed sessions without notice are not refundable.

5. Payments

Consultation payments of ₹500 are processed by Cashfree Payments. Healx never stores your card, UPI or bank details. If a doctor cannot take your slot, the amount is refunded or adjusted against a new booking.

6. Your responsibilities

Give accurate information about your age, pregnancy status, allergies, existing conditions and current medicines. Do not use Healx on behalf of a child, a pregnant person or someone with kidney, liver or heart disease without a clinician's involvement.

You must be 18 or older to use Healx yourself.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to obtain controlled substances, self-harm instructions, or content that is not health related. Do not resell, scrape, or present Healx output as your own clinical advice.

8. Liability

Healx and Aetheris are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on educational guidance.
