Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Healx by Aetheris operates this website and the Healx Intelligence assistant. For any privacy request, write to privacy@healx.health.

2. Your consultations stay in your browser

Chat threads, titles and message history are stored in your own browser's local storage. They are not saved to a Healx account or database, and clearing your browser data deletes them permanently.

The text of a message is sent to our server only for the moment it takes to generate a reply, and is not retained after the response is streamed back.

3. Location data

When you book a consultation, your name, mobile number, email, chosen slot and concern are stored securely so the doctor can call you. Payment is handled by Cashfree; we only store the payment reference, never your card or UPI details.

We do not store your coordinates, and we do not build a location history. Denying location permission simply means you type a city name instead.

4. Email address

Appointment emails are delivered through Mailjet. Your email address is used only to send your booking receipt and confirmation — it is never sold, rented or added to a marketing list.

5. Processors we rely on

AI responses are generated through the Lovable AI Gateway. Medical reference images come from Wikimedia Commons. Appointment email delivery is handled by Mailjet and payments by Cashfree. Each of these receives only the minimum content needed to serve your request.

6. Sensitive health information

Health details are sensitive. Please avoid sharing your full name, government ID numbers, or another person's identifiable details in chat. Healx does not require any of them to answer you.

7. Cookies and analytics

Healx sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking. Local storage is used for two things only: your saved consultations and your light or dark appearance preference.

8. Your rights

Because we do not hold an account for you, you can exercise deletion yourself at any time by clearing site data or deleting individual threads. For any other request under applicable data-protection law, contact privacy@healx.health and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Children

Healx is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
